Senior Analytics Engineer (Customer-Facing)
Crunchr is the People Analytics platform for forward-thinking HR teams. Our team has been built with the same attention and care as our product, and we value motivated and impact-driven team players. Candidates based in the Greater Boston area are strongly preferred; this role does not offer visa sponsorship and applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
About the role
Crunchr’s Customer Success team sits at the heart of what we deliver, combining engaged customer relationships with deep technical work to transform scattered HR data into actionable insights. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be the technical partner to our customers, integrating, consolidating, cleansing, and structuring HR data for analytical or operational uses, as well as building data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems.
You will work with customers both during and after implementation to make data easily accessible and optimize their organization's big data ecosystem. As the technical owner for a set of customer accounts, you will work directly with clients on complex, real-world HR data challenges and be the person they rely on when things get difficult. The Customer Success team consists of 10 members across the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and US (Boston). You will be based in Boston, report directly to the Head of CS, and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and the Engineering department.
