Senior Analytics Engineer

Analytics Engineers at Seeq serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers, helping them solve complex process challenges and maximize value from our software. You'll work directly with end users to design scalable, high-impact analytics solutions that drive engagement, adoption, and tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex, multi-phase, or significantly customized customer engagements, translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable analytics architectures
• Mentor and review the work of less-experienced Analytics Engineers and shape reusable patterns, templates, and tooling
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical, integration, and solution-design challenges, driving issues to resolution in partnership with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams
• Serve as the customer's trusted technical advisor by building relationships with champions and end-users through solution design, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship
• Leverage customer relationships to perform constant discovery and uncover high-value, high-impact use case opportunities directly linked to the customer's critical business workflows and objectives
• Collaborate with the customer and account team to develop and execute strategic plans for adoption of Seeq and completion of key use cases addressing business objectives
• Advise customer champions and end-users to implement and operationalize the use cases to deliver a high return on investment for the customer; occasionally may require hands-on delivery to accelerate a customer's high value use case
• Upskill Seeq's partner ecosystem to be an extension of the Analytics Engineering team to provide support globally and in localized languages
• Be a product expert, maintaining knowledge of how to implement and troubleshoot solutions in the platform, including integrations with other systems
