We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from "About this role:"), Responsibilities (the bullet list after "In this role, you will:"), Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required and Desired?), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills (maybe part of qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (Job Expectations includes schedule: 3 days per week). Also Pay range given. Benefits listed. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com." That's maybe not substantive? It's a link but could be considered boilerplate? Probably remove. Also remove "Posting End Date: 27 Sep 2026 * Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants." That's metadata, maybe drop. Also remove "We Value Equal Opportunity ..." etc. Remove drug and alcohol policy, recruitment and hiring requirements, reference number. We need to preserve all substantive information: role description, responsibilities list, required qualifications, desired qualifications, job expectations (schedule, office days, self-starter, not visa sponsorship), pay range, benefits list. We need to format using

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (prose). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe combine Required and Desired? Could have two sub-sections? But headings limited to given list; we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate. But we have both Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications; maybe we put them under Requirements (list) and Qualifications (list) or Skills. However we have many skill items. Could put Qualifications heading for required qualifications, Skills heading for desired qualifications? Or combine. Better: Use Requirements heading for required qualifications (4+ years Analytics experience). Use Qualifications heading for desired qualifications (the list of desired). Use Skills heading for specific skill items (SQL, Fabric, Python, Alteryx, BI report development, etc). But many of those are also qualifications. Might be redundant. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Required and Desired into one Requirements section, and then Skills section for specific technical skills. Benefits section, Pay section, Schedule section. Let's extract: About the role: "Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant with Data, Analytics, and Reporting(DAR) support Financial Crimes Operations teams." plus maybe first sentence: "Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com." We'll drop that as not substantive? It's a link but maybe considered boilerplate. We'll keep only the substantive sentence. Responsibilities (list): - Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors - Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs - Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements - Lead or participate on large cross group projects - Mentor less experienced staff - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals - Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area Requirements (maybe combine required and desired): Required: 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired: 4+ years Business or Risk/Compliance Analytics and/or AML or Operations. Desired: 4+ years SQL data querying experience (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, GCP) Desired: 2+ years developing in Fabric, Python, Alteryx Desired: Business Intelligent Report development experience (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) Desired: Prior experience building/supporting large analytical and/or reporting data environments Desired: Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively Desired: Ability to lead through adversity and adjust to changing priorities. Desired: Demonstrated experience in business-oriented analysis, metrics design, and data visualization techniques using large data sets sourced from a variety of data sources Desired: Operates independently with minimal supervision, and effectively manages work requests to meet performance expectations Desired: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Desired: Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment But many of these are skills/qualities. Could separate Skills section for things like analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, leadership, etc. However we can keep them under Requirements. Skills: maybe list specific technical skills: SQL (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, GCP), Fabric, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS. But we already have those in desired qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we put them under Skills. Let's decide sections: - About the role (p) - Responsibilities (ul) - Requirements (ul) - includes required experience and desired qualifications (excluding specific technical skills? maybe include all) - Skills (ul) - technical skills: SQL (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, GCP), Fabric, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS - Benefits (ul) - list benefits - Pay (p) - pay range - Schedule (p) - job expectations: 3 days per week office, minimum 8 hours per day, self-starter, not eligible for visa sponsorship. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Pay range phrase "Pay may vary depending on factors..." but we can keep the range and maybe note that pay may vary? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states pay range and says "Pay may vary depending on factors...". That's not filler; it's actual statement. We can include that sentence in the Pay section as prose. Similarly Benefits: they list benefits; we can include. Schedule: they state "The Senior Analytic Consultant is required to be in the office 3 days per week for a minimum of 8 hours per day. The role is designed for a self-starter who can independently problem solve and execute with minimal manager oversight. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship". That's substantive. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure no extra whitespace? Just output. Let's craft:

Check for any repeated content: We have SQL etc both in Requirements and Skills; duplication maybe okay but could be considered redundant. However we could remove SQL etc from Requirements to avoid duplication. But the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we remove SQL from Requirements, we lose that detail (though it's in Skills). But we still have it in Skills, so the detail is preserved. However the Requirements section originally had "4+ years SQL data querying experience (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, GCP)" as a desired qualification. If we move it to Skills, we still preserve it. That's okay. But we need to ensure we didn't lose any other detail. Let's review Requirements list after moving SQL to Skills: we removed that line. We still have other items: 4+ years Business or Risk/Compliance Analytics..., 2+ years developing in Fabric, Python, Alteryx, Business Intelligence Report development experience..., Prior experience building/supporting..., Excellent analytical..., Ability to lead..., Demonstrated experience..., Operates independently..., Strong analytical..., Ability to prioritize... That's all. Now Skills list includes SQL, Fabric, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS. Note we have
