Senior Analyst US Healthcare Payer Domain

About the role

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing payer-side business processes such as claims, enrollment, membership, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize US Healthcare Payer domain processes
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop scalable healthcare solutions
• Work closely with data, integration, and downstream systems
• Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• Utilize JIRA / Rally / ALM for project management
• Perform basic SQL for data validation and analysis

Requirements

• Strong experience in US Healthcare Payer domain (8+ years)
• Deep understanding of claims processing lifecycle, enrollment & membership, benefits configuration, billing, and provider interactions
• Knowledge of EDI Transactions (837, 835, 834), HL7, and FHIR standards
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements
• Experience with tools: JIRA / Rally / ALM
• Basic SQL for data validation and analysis

• Bachelor of Computer Science

$100,000 - $140,000 annually
