Senior Analyst, Tax Operations
This position will have dual responsibilities in the Tax Accounting and International Tax Compliance groups, reporting to the Associate Director, Tax Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly estimate and actual calculations of the Company's consolidated effective tax rate, including review of legal entity projections and related tax provisions, as well as the tax effecting of consolidation entries.
- Assist in global tax accounting activities including assessment and documentation of valuation allowances.
- Conduct technical reviews of deferred tax assets and liabilities.
- Correspond with local/foreign entities to settle any pending issues arising from the review of tax information.
- Research tax technical issues and international tax matters.
- Assist with review of Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 8991, 8992, and 8993.
- Support Country-by-Country Reporting, Pillar Two/Global Minimum Tax, and other emerging international tax requirements.
- Support tax audits and inquiries from the IRS.
- Utilize technology and tax compliance software (OneSource, Microsoft Suite Apps).
- Apply strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and sound judgment for reconciliations.
Requirements
- Tax software experience (OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Income Tax, SAP, Alteryx).
- Experience with project management.
- Advanced degree in taxation and/or CPA.

Pay
Annualized salary range for this position in the U.S. is $85,000.00 - $144,100.00.
