About The Role
As a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will own the financial models behind Fetch's user base, including LTV/CAC and unit economics. You'll partner closely with the Growth team, own the data infrastructure powering our models, and help translate performance into a clear strategic story for senior leadership and investors. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, this role is central to how Fetch understands the economics of its users and expands its platform across America, and it offers meaningful ownership of high-impact, high-visibility work. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the financial models across Users, including acquisition, retention, user dynamics, LTV/CAC, and unit economics
- Build and maintain the SQL queries that power those models, self-serving the data end to end
- Identify data anomalies, diagnose root causes, and partner with the Data team to resolve issues at the source
- Support user forecasting during the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast cycles
- Turn ad hoc questions from Finance and Growth into clear, defensible analysis
- Go beyond the numbers to surface insights to the broader team and cross-functional partners
- Partner closely with Growth on acquisition and spend decisions, with lighter collaboration across Data and Product
- Help translate User economics into the story told to senior leadership and investors
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, growth/data analytics, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; comfortable building models from scratch
- SQL proficiency, able to self-serve within our data warehouse
- Data fluency to catch when something looks wrong and articulate it clearly so the Data team can fix the root cause
- Solid FP&A fundamentals: forecasting, variance analysis, and clear reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior audiences
- Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, including where the problem isn't fully defined
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in a high-growth consumer tech, subscription, or marketplace company with a focus on user acquisition and retention
- Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools; experience with Hex or Grafana a plus
- Exposure to marketing and/or user-acquisition efficiency (CAC, LTV)
- Experience with investor reporting or board-level financial presentations

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $99,000 - $106,000.
