Senior Analyst Solution Development

Location: Tulsa, OK - On-site work

About the role

We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver to join our growing healthcare operations team. This role will turn data from multiple systems into meaningful insights, reports, and solutions that help drive better operational decisions. Your work will directly influence operational strategy, improve patient access, optimize clinic performance, and support data-driven decision-making across our healthcare organization.

Ideal experience includes SQL/Sequel, Tableau, data warehouses, Google BigQuery, and aggregating data across multiple platforms. Experience with Athena and Oracle/Cerner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize clinic performance using data-driven approaches

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
• Licensed Registered Nurse preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Cerner experience
• Ambulatory EHR experience
• Project management experience
