Senior Analyst, Security Risk

Responsibilities

• Execute and enhance daily operations for the One the company Risk Management program, focusing on automation
• Manage risk registers to ensure comprehensive tracking of key risk indicators
• Collaborate with teams to communicate and address identified risks effectively
• Evaluate risk treatment strategies for their effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed
• Prepare regular risk reports and presentations for stakeholders, detailing trends and mitigation efforts
• Analyze diverse risk data to identify trends and create predictive models
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess the multi-faceted impacts of risks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, focusing on security risk frameworks like NIST RMF and ISO 31000
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive strategic direction
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative risk analyses to align technical vulnerabilities with business impacts
• Experience in managing complex, regulated risk assessments and compliance programs
• Technical knowledge to implement risk solutions in collaboration with security and IT teams
• Interest in leveraging AI for improving risk operations
