Senior Analyst, SAP Integration Data & Reporting (Store Operations)

Reporting to the Business Transformation Director - Data, this role serves as the primary reporting and analytics lead for their domain within the Business Transformation team. This leader will serve as the principal liaison between the defined domain within the Program Business Lead teams (Finance, Merchandising, Store Ops/Ecom, Supply Chain), the Tech Data team, and our System Integrator. This lead role will have ownership of understanding and representing the needs for end user reporting and analytics and will be responsible for defining and translating the business requirements for reporting that will guide the activities of the product and tech teams in alignment with the defined reporting and analytics strategy. They will work with the Organizational Readiness team to plan and execute the transition from current-state to future-state reporting and will partner with third party vendors to make sure Data timelines are met and Data quality thresholds are achieved for the project. This leader will lead reporting and feature developments that drive automated decisions with data science and machine learning to improve performance in operations. This leader is responsible for managing all communications with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership regarding all elements of their report portfolio. This is a full-time, dedicated role for the duration of the transformation program (estimated 5-7 years). Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
