About the role

This is a hybrid position requiring the team member to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support and counseling for retirement plans for all employees and retirees.
  • Processing of interface files and invoices with third party vendors.
  • Liaison for the 401(k) and NQP vendor, outside auditors, consultants and legal counsel.
  • Streamline and identify current process for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with government filings including 5500s, plan audits, non-discrimination testing and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Work in tandem with the Communications Department and retirement vendor in developing benefit plan employee education and communication materials, including maintenance of program information for employee access.
  • Serve as liaison with the payroll department, insurance carriers and service providers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of work related experience

  • Retirement plans / service delivery experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail; excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels and functions within the organization.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, Kronos and SAP

License and Certifications

SHRM, CEBS, or other designation a plus

Physical Requirements

Able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position operates in a professional office environment. May stand or sit for extended periods of time
