Senior Analyst - Regulatory

About the role

The Senior Analyst, part of the Regulatory Compliance Services (RCS) team within AXA XL's Underwriting Excellence team, will service a wide variety of compliance regulatory needs for the company's North American business.

Responsibilities

• Submit new product filings, product enhancements, and bureau reference filings to U.S. insurance regulators using SERFF.
• Review state objections and collaborate with actuarial, business units, and other team members to draft state objection responses.
• Review and analyze Bureau Circulars for Commercial P&C business to ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Coordinate required actions to comply with state requirements, including updating systems based on state filings approvals.
• Communicate product changes to IT teams to ensure systems are updated accordingly.

Requirements

• Experience with SERFF.
• Understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance state filings, bureau products, underwriting, or underwriting support.
• Detailed-oriented, highly analytical, and organized.
• Customer service orientation and strong written communication skills.

Desired Skills And Abilities

• Multiline P&C and ISO/AAIS bureau experience.

Pay

The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD $64,600- $107,300. Actual pay will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and location.
