About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Procurement Data is responsible for supplier onboarding support, supplier master data maintenance, procurement reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven analysis to support sourcing, compliance, supplier performance, and operational decision-making. This role applies strong analytical, technical, and process-oriented skills to improve data integrity, automate reporting, identify trends, and support cross-functional alignment with Procurement, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze master data to support accurate reporting, sourcing decisions, supplier evaluations, and compliance monitoring.
  • Manage supplier qualifications and onboarding by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and alignment with documented procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance procurement queries, dashboards, and recurring reports using tools such as SAP, Power BI, Excel, and master data platforms.
  • Analyze procurement trends, supplier performance, spend activity, contract compliance, and key performance indicators to identify risks, gaps, savings opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and annual reports that provide actionable insights for Procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and data support for sourcing initiatives, supplier reviews, operational projects, audit requests, and leadership inquiries.
  • Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, and internal customers to improve data quality, reporting workflows, system usage, and procurement process alignment.
  • Monitor supplier and internal customer requests and provide timely, accurate, and professional support consistent with service expectations and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate reports, streamline manual processes, and improve procurement data governance.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.

Schedule & Travel

  • Domestic travel: less than 20% of time.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing: 10% of time
  • Sitting: 80% of time
  • Walking: 10% of time

Office environment with frequent computer/keyboard use.
