Senior Analyst, People Technology

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior Analyst, People Technology to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives, influencing culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful reporting and analytics for decision-making
• Partner in enhancing Workday security and platform capabilities
• Lead system enhancements and testing efforts across teams
• Champion data governance and platform reliability initiatives
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor on workforce data and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workday or similar HRIS and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience in reporting, analytics, and security administration
• Demonstrated leadership in project and process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to align business needs with technology solutions

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
