About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Procurement Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement analytics, spend analysis, supplier performance, and BI/reporting tools and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that inform sourcing strategy, supplier management, and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement analytics initiatives that inform category strategy, sourcing decisions, and supplier management.
- Translate complex spend, supplier, market, and operational data into actionable, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Partner with category leaders, finance, and business stakeholders to define analytics priorities, success metrics, and value-tracking methodologies.
- Conduct advanced spend analysis, demand analysis, and supplier performance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reporting, and analytical tools that enable transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
- Own end-to-end analytical projects from problem definition through insight generation, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment.
- Leverage internal data and external market research to inform category strategies, should-cost models, and negotiation approaches.
- Influence senior stakeholders by framing insights in a business context and driving alignment on actions and decisions.
- Champion continuous improvement in procurement analytics capabilities, methodologies, and governance.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in procurement analytics, supply chain analytics, finance analytics, or related analytical roles.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel and demonstrated experience with BI and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights and influence senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite, Full Time)
Duration: Contract - 6 months + potential to extend
Pay Range: $68-78/hour W2
