About the role

As a Senior Analyst within the Measurement & Analytics practice at A&G, you will provide data and analytic services in support of our clients' marketing efforts to make their programs smarter and more impactful. You will maximize our clients' return on marketing investment through ongoing program measurement, disciplined in-market testing, and results-based performance management. From acquisition to retention to winback, you will transform multi-channel data into actionable, integrated marketing intelligence while building cross-functional partnerships internally and with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytic services to both A&G's clients and internal teams
  • Design and conduct analyses in support of marketing initiatives encompassing a variety of channels (e.g., broadcast, out of home, website, online advertising, email, search)
  • Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to the senior management team
  • Design and interpret the results of in-market tests
  • Partner with technical resources to guide and QA the implementation of measurement solutions
  • Develop comprehensive measurement and analysis plans
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Develop dashboards for senior clients
  • Document existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Consolidate and validate data
  • Develop and maintain fluency in relevant interactive technologies
  • Analyze website behavior and customer experience
  • Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents (e.g., hypothesis creation, identifying success metrics, definition of technical specifications) and post-test analysis
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to advance media and measurement strategy
  • Work with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve program performance
  • Integrate the media and creative perspective into your data storytelling
  • Champion A&G culture, collaboration, and work while adhering to processes
  • Uphold and support A&G policies and practices, including PTO, wellness initiatives, and performance review processes
  • Balance client needs with internal culture
  • Build trust and foster collaboration by bringing enthusiasm for clients and their business challenges
  • Actively engage in shared learning forums, team meetings, and agency events
  • Deliver effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in direct marketing, online marketing, advertising, or consulting (agency experience is a plus, especially client-facing)
  • Intellectually curious and a creative thinker
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience with a digital analytics solution (e.g., SiteCatalyst, HBX Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics, DART, Atlas)
  • Experience with one or more statistical analysis tools a plus (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Stata)
  • Experience with one or more relational database management systems (RDMS) a plus (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL Server)
