Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Global Payroll, manages and analyzes global payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports payroll administration processes, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and identifies opportunities for process improvements.

What you'll do

  • Manage and analyze global payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support payroll administration processes, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and streamline payroll operations.
  • Aid in the preparation and submission of payroll tax filings and related documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Utilize payroll systems and tools to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Global Payroll team ensures accurate and timely processing of employee wages and benefits while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They specialize in payroll administration, tax calculations, and operational excellence, leveraging data management and root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently. Collaboration across departments drives continuous improvement and service quality to support organizational objectives.

What you'll bring

  • Proven expertise in payroll administration and payroll systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data hierarchies, transactional data, and metadata integration.
  • Experience with regulatory and ethical requirements related to data privacy, security, and retention.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve payroll-related issues while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in operational excellence practices, including root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support seamless payroll operations.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools to enhance payroll processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
  • Option 2: 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related area and 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.

Additional Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Stock options for certain positions.
