Senior Analyst – Fixed Income Investments Technology

The Fixed Income Investments Technology team at T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to partner with business and engineering teams in building the next generation of cloud-first portfolio management capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis and domain expertise with a technology-forward mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across fixed income asset classes
• Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define, develop, and deliver the business cases and roadmaps for Fixed Income portfolio management
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items
• Communicate priorities, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to both business and technology stakeholders
• Work closely with agile technology teams to implement business requirements, process improvements, and automation opportunities
• Analyze portfolio management workflows and propose innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes
• Identify data quality and integrity issues, perform in-depth analysis, and recommend solutions
• Independently troubleshoot functional and quantitative issues related to portfolio analytics and investment workflows
• Support the development of prototype logic and analytical approaches that help define complex business rules and calculation methodologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an analyst, business analyst, product analyst, or similar role
• Strong ability to work across both business and technology teams
• Experience gathering requirements, prioritizing work, and supporting delivery in a collaborative environment
• Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot functional and/or quantitative issues in portfolio analytics or related investment workflows
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
