Senior Analyst, Finance Data and AI

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Finance Data and AI is responsible for setting standards, patterns, and enabling Finance & Accounting to safely scale AI across the function. They partner closely with IT and the Data & Analytics organization, setting the direction, designing agents, and educating the organization on using and scaling them.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain F&A standards for AI agents
• Design and maintain reference AI agents demonstrating approved patterns
• Operationalize semantic training for agents to reason over finance data with business context
• Own F&A enablement and education to ensure AI adoption is not bottlenecked on one team
• Partner with IT and Data & Analytics to design proven patterns for industrialization while maintaining standards ownership in Finance

Requirements

• Experience building or deploying AI/ML or agentic solutions in a business context
• Strong data fluency, including experience with SQL, Python, and modern data tooling
• Demonstrated ability to define and establish standards, frameworks, or patterns others adopted
• Experience partnering across business capabilities
• Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping a role rather than executing a defined one

What Will Put You Ahead

• Hands-on experience with LLM-based agents, RAG patterns, or semantic layers over enterprise data
• Experience building or deploying AI/ML or agentic solutions in finance, accounting, or adjacent functions
• Background in F&A processes, such as AR, AP, close, consolidation, FP&A, sufficient to design trusted agents
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI semantic models, or comparable platforms
• Prior experience operationalizing AI inside a regulated or audited function
• Exposure to Koch's Principle Based Management™ framework
