Position Summary The Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst, is the liaison assisting the National DSO team. This role acts as a resource for all dental products (DHMO, PPO, Medicare) to DSO leadership and staff, providers, sales, and marketing to aid in the achievement of Aetna Key Performance Measures. This person serves as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a strong understanding of Aetna’s Dental Products and market position. The Senior Analyst negotiates provider contract language and compensation. Responsible for assisting liaisons account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels. Strong emphasis on analysis to develop cost-of-care strategy.Evaluate ways for process improvement internally Utilize AI and other emerging technologies to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunitiesCollaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with the utmost urgency.Assists with recruiting providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.Discount Improvement - Analysis & SupportDSO Operational Support and Quality Control Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, dashboards, and data analysis techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, providers, sales, marketing, and operational teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control and operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years dental provider relations experienceDSO experience a plusKnowledge of dental products, including PPO, DHMO, Medicare, and provider network strategies preferred.Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve productivity.Experience using data analytics to evaluate network performance, provider utilization, cost of care, and operational effectiveness. Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
