About the role
Everest is a global leader in risk management, committed to enabling businesses and economies to thrive. As a Senior Analyst – Data Products, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and enhancing data and analytics products for the Insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Data Product Owner and business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize data and analytics requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, data definitions, mappings, and acceptance criteria for data and technology requirements.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to support requirements, issue investigation, and data quality assurance.
- Support the design and delivery of data pipelines, curated datasets, and data products for Insurance use cases (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Finance).
- Collaborate with technology data teams to ensure successful delivery of data products, including participation in planning, testing, and release activities.
- Execute and support UAT, QA, and release management processes, ensuring solutions meet business and data quality expectations.
- Investigate and resolve data issues and discrepancies, partnering with business and IT teams and supporting production issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, methodologies, and capabilities.
- Contribute to data quality, governance, and documentation efforts, including data definitions, lineage, and metadata management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data product delivery within an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with experience validating and reconciling data across systems.
- Experience working with data platforms, data warehouses, or cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, user stories, and Agile delivery practices.
- Exposure to data governance and catalog tools (e.g., Collibra) and understanding of data quality and lineage concepts.
- Experience in the insurance industry, with understanding of data across domains such as Claims, Policy, Underwriting, or Finance, preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work across business and technical teams.
Qualifications

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $134,000 - $175,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
Schedule
This role is full-time and regular time.
