We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Company Description: "PHM is the leading health media agency..." This is company description; could be part of "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for overview of job function. We have "Overview Overview of Job Function: As a key member..." So we can put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: "Serve as the day-to-day lead for MCI (Datorama) dashboards and reporting solutions", "Oversee the development of automated data pipelines and dashboards built in MCI (Datorama) and Tableau", "Manage data pipelines from ingestion through delivery using SQL and/or Python", "Partner with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Engineering, Media Activation) to support and evolve data products", "Proactively track and resolve issues related to data quality, reporting, and automation", "Maintain and optimize data processes, including ETL pipelines, data harmonization, and metadata management", "Work within Agile methodology using Jira to manage project work and sprint priorities". Use
  • . Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "What You Bring" list: 1+ years hands-on experience with MCI (Datorama); Strong technical skills in SQL and/or Python, with working knowledge of Databricks or Snowflake; Experience developing automated data flows and working with large datasets; Strong communication skills, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences; Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills; Experience working in or with cross-functional, Agile teams; Attention to detail and a passion for building clean, usable, and scalable solutions. Also "Preferred But Not Required" list: Experience with data visualization in Tableau; Background in digital marketing data and/or pharmaceutical data; Experience defining or improving BI best practices, governance, or data quality standards, or a background that includes working in a BI or Analyst role yourself; Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation. We need to decide sections: Could have

    Requirements

    for required items, and

    Preferred Qualifications

for preferred. Or combine into Skills. The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can choose appropriate. We also have Benefits: The posting includes benefits info: "Our benefits package includes medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, as well as parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off." Also mention "Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs..." So we have benefits content. Pay: "Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $127,155.00/Annually." Also mention that compensation will be determined based on skills etc. That's specific pay range, so we should include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. We also have "Additional Information" about accommodation etc. That's boilerplate/EEO etc; we should remove. We also have "Our Publicis Groupe motto ..." that's about inclusion; could be considered part of Benefits? It's more about culture; but we can maybe include under Benefits? However instruction: only include sections when posting has real, specific content for it. The motto is not a benefit per se; but it's still substantive. Could be part of "About the role"? Might be better to include a section like "Culture and Inclusion" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit into those. The motto could go under Benefits? Not exactly. Could go under About the role? Might be okay to include a paragraph about company values under About the role. But we already have company description. Could incorporate. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the motto and inclusion statements somewhere. Perhaps we can add a

under Benefits? But that would be inaccurate. Better to add a separate section? Not allowed headings. Could we add a

    About the role

and include company description and motto there? The About the role section is for role overview, but we can also include company description there as it's relevant. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use those for section headings. Likely we should only use those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: include company description and overview of job function (the Overview paragraph). Could also include the motto? Might be okay to include as part of company description. - Responsibilities: bullet list. - Requirements: required items from "What You Bring". - Qualifications: maybe preferred items? Or we could have Skills for technical skills. But we have both required and preferred. Could split: Requirements (required), Qualifications (preferred). Or Skills (technical). Let's decide: Use Requirements for required items, Qualifications for preferred items. Or Skills for technical skills (SQL, Python, etc). But we already have technical skills in required. Might be better: Requirements (required), Qualifications (preferred). Then Benefits, Pay. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Now produce HTML fragment:

    Pay

    Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $127,155.00/Annually.

We should not include schedule. Also we should not include application instructions, EEO, accommodation contact, etc. We removed those. Check if any content missed: The "Overview Overview of Job Function:" we included as part of About the role. The "In This Role, You Will" bullet list we turned into Responsibilities. Good. We kept the company description. We kept the motto and inclusion statements under Benefits (maybe a bit odd but we placed them there as a paragraph). Could also put under About the role but we already have description there; adding more is okay. We must not repeat job title as heading; we didn't. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam-warning, etc. We removed. We must preserve all substantive information: Did we miss any? Let's review original text: Company Description paragraph (we included). Overview Overview of Job Function: we included as part of About the role. "In This Role, You Will Serve as the day-to-day lead for MCI (Datorama) dashboards and reporting solutionsOversee the development of automated data pipelines and dashboards built in MCI (Datorama) and TableauManage data pipelines from ingestion through delivery using SQL and/or PythonPartner with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Engineering, Media Activation) to support and evolve data productsProactively track and resolve issues related to data quality, reporting, and automationMaintain and optimize data processes, including ETL pipelines, data harmonization, and metadata managementWork within Agile methodology using Jira to manage project work and sprint priorities" We turned into bullet list. "What You Bring" list we turned into Requirements. "Preferred But Not Required" list we turned into Qualifications. "Additional Information" includes motto etc; we placed under Benefits as paragraph plus bullet list of benefits. We also have "Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $127,155.00/Annually." we included. We also have "Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits
