Our client, a leading organization in the finance and enterprise performance management sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Analyst Business Systems- Finance to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst Business Systems- Finance, you will be an integral part of the Finance department, supporting cross-functional teams. Job Title:Senior Analyst Business Systems- Finance Location:Northfield, Illinois Pay Range:$100,000 - $152,000 What's the Job? Administer and maintain Oracle EPM applications, including PBCS and FCCS, ensuring optimal performance and stability. Perform routine processes to keep applications synchronized and enforce data governance standards across all upstream processes. Support the development of new functionalities such as metadata management, calculation scripts, reports, dashboards, and forms. Manage data loading processes using Oracle Data Management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and support the month-end close process, documenting changes and system features for continuous improvement. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting. Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and supporting enterprise performance management systems. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications, specifically PBCS and FCCS. Proficiency in calculation script development, Data Management, metadata management, and reporting tools like Smart View. Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, with the ability to serve as a liaison between business teams and IT. What's in it for me?
