About the role

Senior Data & Integrations Engineer LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing hospitality organization to hire a Senior Data & Integrations Engineer. This newly created role will help build the technical and data foundation needed to support continued growth across a multi-location business. The organization currently operates approximately 46 locations with plans for significant expansion. Its technology environment includes Sage, Tripleseat, Ramp, Celigo and more than 20 additional business applications. This individual will help connect and optimize that ecosystem, improve enterprise data accessibility, centralize data and help establish a scalable technology strategy. Location: Remote. Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and troubleshoot API connections and integrations across SaaS and enterprise applications
• Work across systems including Sage, Tripleseat, Ramp, Celigo and other third-party platforms
• Evaluate the existing application portfolio and identify opportunities to consolidate systems, reduce overlap and simplify the technology environment
• Work directly with SQL, databases and data pipelines to extract, transform and integrate data
• Help design and build a centralized data warehouse, data lake or lakehouse
• Build and support BI dashboards, reporting infrastructure and enterprise data solutions
• Troubleshoot data quality, system connectivity and integration issues
• Partner with business and FP&A leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Coordinate with Celigo implementation partners, MSP resources and other external technology vendors
• Provide higher-level application administration and technical troubleshooting as needed
• Evaluate future-state technologies and recommend solutions based on scalability, cost and business need
• Help establish the longer-term data, integration and business systems roadmap as the organization grows

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience integrating enterprise and SaaS applications
• Experience building and supporting APIs and iPaaS solutions such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato or similar platforms
• Strong SQL and database experience
• Experience with BI and data visualization platforms
• Experience centralizing data from multiple systems into a data warehouse, lake or lakehouse
• Understanding of modern data architecture and platforms such as Snowflake or comparable technologies
• Experience working across a broad business application environment and identifying opportunities for systems consolidation
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and execute technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business leaders and external technology partners
• Comfortable remaining hands-on while also helping guide future-state technical architecture

$120,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and technical depth
