About the role
Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within the TMT Practice Area. This role requires 2+ years of consulting experience in Enterprise Software, B2B SaaS sector or 3+ years of industry experience. Candidates with consulting experience are preferred but not required. A Bachelor's degree is required, and fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in using AI-enabled tools and GenAI platforms is a plus. Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills are also required.
Responsibilities
- Contribute relevant analysis and insights to client cases, workshops, and proposals.
- Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector by contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.
- Solve client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in areas such as Pricing, GTM, M&A, and Operational Excellence in Enterprise Software/SaaS sector.
- Communicate with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way.
- Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Enterprise Software, B2B SaaS sector required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Demonstrated curiosity and proficiency in using AI-enabled tools and GenAI platforms to improve productivity, insight generation, problem solving and workflow automation is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
