Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a lead for engineering level projects that LiDAR team supports
• Reviewing scope of work requirements, creating workflows, and setting acceptance criteria
• Aiding in setting benchmarks and ensuring they are met
• Leading LiDAR workflows from start to finish
• Helping set up workflows and resources
• Training and monitoring progress of support staff
• Setting expectations and communicating with subcontractors
• QA/QC of final deliverables
• Identifying and implementing process efficiencies and improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Analyst or equivalent role
• 1+ years of experience working with LiDAR datasets with 10 or more feature codes
• 1+ years of experience creating LiDAR derived products such as 2D and 3D planimetrics and contours, elevation models, etc
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of ESRI or vector-based software and Terra Solid products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Excellent data management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving expertise within multiple software environments, primarily Arc, Microstation , and TerraSolid products
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with varying scopes of work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Capacity to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback
• Proficient understanding of how LiDAR data is used for engineering level modeling, and how to cater workflow to meet velocity and quality needs of downstream processes
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Professional and client-facing communication skills
