Senior Analyst
About the role
JSI invites you to join our team as a Senior Analyst on our Regulatory team in our Greenbelt, MD or Austin, TX office where you'll play a critical role in advancing broadband and telecommunications initiatives that expand connectivity and drive digital inclusion—while advancing your career within a mission-driven, growth-focused organization.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of JSI initiatives, helping partners deploy the platform under their own brand.
- Aid with partner onboarding, branding configurations, and account setup in coordination with internal technical teams.
- Maintain partner records, onboarding trackers, and status reports; provide regular updates to leadership.
- Help develop and refine onboarding guides, SOPs, and training materials as the program grows.
- Support sales and marketing with demos, pitch materials, and proposals for prospective white-label partners.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory filings on behalf of JSI clients, including FCC, state commission, and USF submissions.
- Maintain filing calendars and deadline trackers across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
- Research regulatory requirements and flag upcoming changes or compliance risks, escalating to senior staff as needed.
- Help keep JSI Platform regulatory content — deadlines, requirement summaries, and jurisdiction updates — accurate and current.
- Work collaboratively across the Regulatory Affairs, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Managed Services teams to keep shared workstreams on track.
- Participate in team meetings and project updates, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Use project management tools (Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint) to track tasks and communicate progress.

- Comfortable navigating diverse teams and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Some exposure to FCC filings, USF programs, or state commission compliance — through coursework, internships, or entry-level work.
