About the role

As a Senior Analyst / Associate on Roivant’s Commercial team, you will help build the functions and capabilities behind Roivant’s commercialization engine. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the launch of multiple medicines across indications, working across the full commercial agenda—from market research and KOL engagement to real-world data analysis and financial modeling. You will own end-to-end workstreams, drive recommendations, and collaborate in a fast-moving, high-agency environment with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial workstreams end-to-end: scope key questions, structure analyses, execute work, and drive recommendations.
  • Design and run primary and secondary market research to size markets, map patient journeys, and assess competitive dynamics across disease areas.
  • Conduct KOL interviews with physicians and market experts, translating qualitative insights into clear commercial strategy implications.
  • Analyze real-world data (e.g., EHR, claims) to pressure-test assumptions and quantify commercial opportunities.
  • Build bottom-up revenue forecasts and market models using standard commercial datasets and pricing/policy sources.
  • Synthesize findings into decision-ready recommendations and presentations for pre- and post-launch strategic decisions.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Roivant and Vants) and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-track workstreams.
  • Contribute to cross-functional problem-solving on high-priority questions for Roivant’s commercial-stage assets.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional record of achievement from a top-tier university.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a strategy, commercial, or analytical role in life sciences (e.g., management consulting, biopharma commercial/strategy, life sciences investing, banking, or equity research).
  • Direct experience commercializing life sciences products (e.g., asset launch or strategy/operations at a commercial-stage biopharma) strongly desired.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move fluidly between qualitative and quantitative work.
  • Comfort with data; familiarity with EHR and/or claims data is a plus.
  • Deep experience with Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong primary-research and stakeholder-engagement skills; credible and clear with senior and expert audiences.
  • Able to lead workstreams independently, navigate ambiguity, and execute at high velocity.
  • Intensely curious, resourceful, and motivated.

Schedule

Full-time, three days per week in-office (New York, NY).

Pay

Base salary range: $115,000–$150,000 per year, depending on experience, expertise, and business needs. The total compensation package may also include discretionary bonuses, equity, and company-sponsored benefits.

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity participation.
  • Comprehensive company-sponsored benefits package.
