Senior All Source Intel Analyst (Current Intel)

About the role

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst (Current Intel) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) at Fort Meade, MD. The role involves all‑source analysis for national security issues, collaboration with USCYBERCOM, combatant commands, DHS, and other Intelligence Community partners. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provides all‑source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Provides all‑source analysis including research, evaluation and deconfliction of single‑source classified reporting, technical intrusion information, other agency all‑source finished intelligence, open‑source information and other relevant data.
• Adheres to ODNI and DIA all‑source analytic tradecraft and standards.
• Establishes and maintains communications with counterparts in the Intelligence Community, USCYBERCOM service components, other combatant commands, Cyber National Mission Force, Department of Homeland Security/NCSD, CERTS and Information Assurance Centers to collaborate on analysis and identify changes in the environment.
• Maintains cognizance of events occurring both within U.S. government systems and internationally to identify possible relationships to established knowledge base.
• Uses intelligence production tools and databases, including Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, Cyber Common Operating Picture (CyberCOP), Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE Information Management System, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience as an All‑Source Analyst supporting military intelligence or Cyberspace operations.
• Experience writing finished intelligence products.
• Experience applying all‑source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206.
• Experience briefing senior military and government officials.
• Experience collaborating with DoD or IC counterparts to produce finished intelligence.
• Knowledge of cyber operations, threat actors, and technological trends.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level (Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly).

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in all‑source intelligence analysis.
• Experience with SIGINT analysis and exploitation.
• Experience with intelligence support to cyberspace operations.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership.
• Master's degree.
• Network+ and Security+ Certifications.

Pay

Salary up to $135,000 USD.
