About the role

Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Senior All-Source Analyst in support of INSCOM, Southern Border. In this role, you will work with a team to deliver fused intelligence production and support strategic, operational, and tactical planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all-source analysis and coordinate efforts for fused intelligence production.
  • Combine geospatial and SCA analysis to support strategic, operational, and tactical planning.
  • Conduct deep research using both classified and unclassified data to support PAS requirements.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external contacts to ensure comprehensive research efforts.
  • Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR).
  • Produce high-quality finished intelligence products such as studies, briefings, and bulletins at various classification levels.
  • Analyze military, political, and national security trends and assess their impact on SOF operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of all-source intelligence experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD), including writing and briefing for senior leadership.
  • Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in national security or international relations.
  • 8+ years of experience in designated Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • 5+ years of experience working in a collaborative, multi-skilled team environment.
  • 1+ year of experience using ArcGIS.
  • 10+ years of experience with IC tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc.).
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
