Senior All-Source Analyst (NGIC FUSION)

This position supports the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Forces Unified Strategic Intelligence and Operations Nexus (FUSION) task order. Anticipated award: March/April 2027. Anticipated start: April 2027. Period of performance: 1 base year + 4 option years. This position is contingent upon contract award.

About the role

The Senior All-Source Analyst will serve as the principal for analytic tradecraft and methodological rigor, working directly with Government leadership, branch chiefs, and analysts to ensure high-quality intelligence production.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for improving the quality and defensibility of contract analysis.
• Guide analysts in selecting and applying appropriate methodologies, including Structured Analytic Techniques (SATs), quantitative and qualitative methods, and other advanced analytical tools.
• Participate in project kick-offs and in-progress reviews to establish and maintain a sound methodological foundation.
• Perform final contract reviews of all FINTEL products to ensure compliance with Analytic Tradecraft Standards, clarity, logic, and alignment with customer needs.
• Provide training and mentorship for new and existing analysts on intelligence assessment principles, tradecraft standards, and production processes.
• Serve as the lead technical representative on matters of tradecraft, methodology, and assessment production.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance, adjudicated within the past five years.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (with at least a portion within the last 2 years). OR a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 17 years of relevant senior experience as a substitute for the Master’s degree.

Pay

Salary range: $97,000 – $158,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding.
