Core Responsibilities

• Lakehouse Architecture & Data Engineering
  • Schema Design: Delta Lake / Apache Iceberg
  • Pipeline Engineering: Ingestion pipelines from OTel Collector to the Lakehouse
  • Data Transformation: dbt transformation models
  • Data Quality Governance: Data quality contracts, SLAs
  • Performance Optimization: Partitioning strategies, Z-ordering, bloom filters, materialized views
• ML Model Development & AIOps
  • AIOps Modeling: Machine learning models for anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident forecasting
  • Streaming Inference: Low-latency streaming inference pipelines
  • Log Intelligence: Log intelligence models including clustering, NLP classification, error deduplication
  • Behavioral Analytics: Unsupervised and semi-supervised methods for User Experience frustration detection
  • Feature Store Management: ML feature store, feature engineering, versioning, backfill pipelines, point-in-time correct joins
  • MLOps: Model performance tracking, drift detection, accuracy monitoring, automated retraining triggers
• AIOps Platform & Productionization
  • Workflow Orchestration: End-to-end AIOps workflow
  • Model Serving Infrastructure: High-performance model serving infrastructure
  • Incident Tool Integration: Integrating AIOps insights with incident management platforms
  • Business Impact Quantification: Metrics from Business KPI mart
• Security & Compliance
  • Observability Security Mart Collaboration: Building the Security mart schema
  • Threat Detection: Anomalous-access and lateral-movement detection models
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensuring data handling adheres to standards
• Collaboration & Engineering Standards
  • Schematics Contracts: Telemetry schema contracts with OTel Instrumentation team
