Senior AI Tooling Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improving training and inference efficiency
• Build workflows for performance analysis on in-car compute and sensors
• Develop tooling to predict model performance based on architecture and data
• Design tooling to trace performance on distributed training and distillation jobs
• Influence model architecture and strategy within GM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML
• Proficient in ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong skills in Python/C++ production code
• In-depth knowledge of software development life-cycle
• BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
