Senior AI Success Strategist

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of AI adoption roadmaps for customers
• Serve as the design authority for AI deployments and ensure best practices
• Co-create and refine long-term AI strategies with executive stakeholders
• Align internal teams to deliver on the AI roadmap effectively
• Coordinate activities as the Engagement Lead and manage risks
• Maintain a mutual AI roadmap with measurable success goals
• Own the channel strategy for AI solution adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success/Experience and 2+ years in AI
• Experience in GTM roles in enterprise technology/SaaS
• Proficient in using analytics to manage customer adoption and address churn
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Expertise in managing AI or software adoption programs with a focus on business metrics
• Proven ability to design and implement success plans for measurable outcomes
• Strong program management skills with cross-functional influence
