The Strategic AI team, under the COO’s organization, focuses on delivering high-impact, AI-enhanced solutions across the firm. They are an AI-native team, meaning they integrate AI tools into every aspect of their work.

Role

• Leading the development and execution of AI-enhanced business solutions
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand problems and desired outcomes
• Defining scope, success metrics, and solution architecture for AI-enhanced applications
• Prototyping, building, and evaluating AI-integrated workflows using approved tools and platforms
• Validating and piloting solutions in real-world business environments
• Preparing solutions for deployment and assisting with training and post-deployment support
• Serving as an escalation point for deployed solutions
• Maintaining an AI-native approach throughout the lifecycle
• Documenting learnings and contributing to internal knowledge sharing

Experience

• 2-3 years' experience delivering applied AI solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution
• Strong background in scoping, developing, and evaluating AI-enhanced applications
• 5+ years of Product management experience building SaaS platforms or applications
• 3+ years of ml/data science experience
• Familiarity with platforms like Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, and other enterprise AI tools
• Experience in financial services or professional services preferred
• Demonstrated self-learning and continuous upskilling in AI tools, models, and capabilities
• Portfolio of personal AI projects (GitHub, demos, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in writing code and deploying applications using AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Studio, OpenAI functions)
