Senior AI Product Manager - Trading Services (thinkorswim)
About the role
The Senior AI Product Manager supports Trading Services and thinkorswim, focusing on integrating generative AI and machine learning into trading platforms, workflows, and client-facing tools. This role enhances active trader experiences, improves decision-making, and scales AI-powered capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define AI strategy for trading experiences including thinkorswim workflows, trader tools, and analytics
- Identify high-value use cases such as trade copilots, signal generation, risk insights, and execution support
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
- Translate AI capabilities into actionable product features and trader-facing experiences
- Partner with engineering, data science, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Ensure alignment with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Responsible AI standards
- Define and track KPIs such as trader productivity, engagement, execution quality, and AI performance
Requirements
- Three to five years of Senior Product Owner experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of mutual fund trading and financial services
Preferred Qualifications
- Three to five years securities industry or trading experience
- Three to five years managing large, complex initiatives
- Product design experience or design-thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree
