Senior AI Product Manager, Finance Agents

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance AI roadmap & data strategy: Define the direction for the Finance agents training stack and the data strategy behind it. Drive execution across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Build partnerships with research teams: Work directly with researchers to identify gaps in AI capabilities for the Finance industry and shape new product lines and competitive strategies.
• Design and scale Finance-specific environments: Create simulations of real Finance workflows and environments that enable labs to train and evaluate AI agents against real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Influence business priorities and dive into the details of research, operations, and customer interactions to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of direct experience in the Finance industry in one or more of: investment banking, private equity, trading, asset or portfolio management, strategic finance, corp dev, or a fintech product role.
• Quick adoption of AI solutions to streamline workflows and a strong understanding of how AI is transforming the Finance industry.
• A builder’s mindset and a track record of creating new products from the ground up.
• Product or customer-facing experience, with a focus on owning outcomes, shaping roadmaps, or working closely with technical stakeholders.
• ML intuition and technical fluency, including an understanding of how model training and evaluation works and what a Reinforcement Learning environment looks like.
• Bias for action and comfort in wearing multiple hats in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge in Finance, ideally gained through direct experience in investment banking, private equity, trading, asset or portfolio management, strategic finance, corp dev, or a fintech product role.
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, including familiarity with reinforcement learning environments and data structures.
• Ability to translate deep domain knowledge into actionable product strategies and deliverables.
