Required Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications in enterprise environments.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions and working with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
- Experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in commercial, corporate, or investment banking environments.
- Knowledge of banking operations such as loan origination, loan servicing, commercial lending, or operational workflow automation.
- Experience in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and collaborating with Operations SMEs.
- Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, and enterprise workflow automation.
