Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and enhancement.
• Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Optimize and scale machine learning solutions for performance and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project deployments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
