Senior AI/ML Engineer

The Role Develop and implement advanced AI/ML solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to accelerate scientific discovery. Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems and applications. Contribute to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from research and experimentation to deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into biomedical research platforms. Leverage state-of-the-art tools and frameworks to build robust and scalable AI architectures. What You'll Need 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, or ML roles. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models. Proven track record of deploying AI solutions into production environments. Expertise in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
