Senior AI/ML Architect, Applied Field Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI/ML Architect, Applied Field Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a technical authority for AI and ML solutions in customer-facing engagements, helping prospects understand how the company’s platform can solve complex business problems. You will partner closely with account teams to shape proof-of-concepts, communicate value to both technical and executive stakeholders, and influence product direction through structured customer feedback. The position also blends hands-on technical storytelling with field enablement, content creation, and conference representation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually Responsibilities Act as the technical expert to highlight the company’s AI and ML capabilities to customers. Collaborate with account teams to deliver successful POCs and demonstrate value. Influence the AI and ML roadmap through customer feedback collaboration. Create and disseminate technical content, including blog posts and demos. Maintain and tailor Sales Engineering AI and ML presentations and assets. Qualifications 5+ years of machine learning and generative AI solutions experience in the cloud. Familiarity with generative AI techniques such as RAG and prompt engineering. Deep knowledge of Python and ML packages, including LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch. Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
