Senior AI/GenAI Platform Architect / Technical Lead – Onsite positions available in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL. W‑2 employment; USC/GC strongly preferred, all valid work authorizations may apply. Senior Technical Lead / Architect / Director‑mapped Player‑Coach role.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation – Python + Java, Go, or TypeScript
• Enterprise GenAI/AI platform architecture and development
• RAG, vector search, embeddings, AI agents and tool calling
• Model gateways (Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI or similar)
• Multi‑model routing, failover, quotas, rate limiting and cost controls
• Agentic AI platforms and enterprise AI runtimes
• MCP‑style tool interoperability and enterprise integrations
• AI observability, tracing, evaluation and governance
• AI security, guardrails, PII/PHI protection and prompt‑injection defenses
• Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Cloud‑native architecture across Azure, AWS and/or GCP
• Distributed systems, APIs, microservices and highly available platforms
• Production SLOs, reliability and incident management
• Hands‑on coding and architecture leadership
