Senior AI FullStack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications that integrate AI/ML outputs into workflows.
• Design and implement APIs and services to orchestrate model inference, prompt flows, and agent/tool integrations.
• Leverage AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and advanced IDEs to accelerate development while ensuring quality.
• Create user interfaces and user experiences for AI-enabled features such as explanations, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Apply secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices including code reviews, testing, dependency management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to align with standards and reuse shared components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software (backend and/or frontend) in Java/Python/.NET ecosystems.
• Experience with web frameworks and modern UI technologies (React or similar) and REST API development.
• Working knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), Git workflows, and automated testing.
• Experience integrating with machine learning (ML) services, large language models (LLM)/agents, or data platforms via APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver iteratively in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools or AI copilots with prompt engineering and function/call integration.
• Experience with observability techniques for AI features, including quality metrics and prompt/model versioning.
• Background in UX design for AI interactions and feedback capture.
