The AI Factory Product Builder role sits within BCG’s centralized AI Factory and focuses on building AI-enabled products, tools, and delivery assets that scale across the firm. These assets are designed to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and evolve how BCG teams work and support clients. AI Product Builders work closely with front-line consultants, offer teams, and product leadership to identify repeatable challenges and opportunities across BCG’s ways of working. They then design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions—agents, services, and workflows—that can be adopted broadly across practices, regions, and client contexts. This role blends product thinking, applied AI, and hands-on execution. Success is measured by shipped assets, adoption by consulting teams, and tangible impact on delivery speed and quality.
