Senior AI Engineer – Relocate from the US to Sweden

About the role

Yora is seeking experienced AI Engineers and AI/ML specialists currently based in the United States who are interested in relocating to Sweden for a full‑time position. You will join Yora’s Swedish team and work on technically advanced AI initiatives with customers and partners, turning research‑grade models into robust, production‑grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI models in real‑world environments.
• Design and implement scalable AI architectures.
• Develop end‑to‑end AI pipelines and MLOps workflows.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI into products and platforms.
• Work with large‑scale data sets and data engineering pipelines for AI.
• Solve complex perception problems in computer vision and sensor data.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to deliver production‑grade AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Research Engineer, AI Software Engineer, or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • AI / Machine Learning
  • Deep Learning
  • Computer Vision & Perception
  • Generative AI, LLMs & Agentic AI
  • AI Engineering & MLOps
  • Data Engineering for AI
  • Production‑grade AI systems
• Proven ability to move AI projects beyond research notebooks into robust, deployable technology.
• Strong engineering quality mindset and passion for solving difficult technical problems.
• Willingness to relocate from the US to Sweden and work full‑time in Sweden.
