Senior AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer – Vectorization & RAG

Location: Lafayette, Louisiana Work Mode: Onsite Overall Experience: 8+ Years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI application development. Candidates must have strong practical experience in the following three core technologies: ✅ Vector Databases — MUST HAVE ✅ Vectorization — MUST HAVE ✅ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) — MUST HAVE Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications End-to-end RAG pipeline design, development, and implementation Vector databases, vectorization, text embeddings, and semantic search Advanced Python programming Knowledge Graphs and Graph RAG solutions LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks Neo4j or other graph database technologies NLP, transformer models, and information retrieval techniques Integration of LLMs with enterprise data sources Deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML Demonstrated hands-on experience with Vector Databases, Vectorization, and RAG is mandatory Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills Interested candidates can share their updated resume at abhishek@brillfy.com.
