Senior AI Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience
• Strong expertise in web development, distributed systems, and scalable architecture
• Deep experience with AI/ML, NLP, statistical learning, and LLM-based applications
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using tools such as LangChain, LangSmith, LiveKit, Pipecat, or similar
• Excellent command of object-oriented and functional programming principles
• Experience designing high-reliability, horizontally scalable systems
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through production deployment

• Track record of rapidly prototyping and productionizing AI solutions

Daily Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered systems and agentic workflows
• Develop production-grade solutions leveraging LLMs and agentic AI frameworks
• Rapidly prototype new AI-driven capabilities and transition them into production
• Architect resilient, extensible systems that scale with business growth
• Partner directly with the CTO on strategic technical initiatives
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and uptime requirements
• Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural standards
• Share emerging research, tools, and best practices with the engineering team
• Deliver end-to-end solutions with a strong focus on speed, quality, and reliability
