About the Role
What You’ll Build:
- Production AI agents for trading, research, and operations workflows.
- Autonomous systems integrated with enterprise infrastructure.
- Agent evaluation platforms and performance optimization tools.
- Solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate with traders and researchers (feedback loops measured in hours, not weeks).
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI models and services.
- Build and maintain agent orchestration systems.
- Work with massive proprietary real-time financial datasets.
- Leverage distributed compute and GPU infrastructure for deep learning.
Qualifications
- Education: CS or Math degree from a top-tier university (e.g., MIT, Stanford, CMU, Berkeley, Caltech, Georgia Tech, Cornell, Princeton, Harvard).
- Experience: 3+ years Python development and proven AI agent framework experience.
- Background: Experience at FAANG companies (Google, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft) or competitor quant firms.
- Tenure: Stable work history with an average tenure of 2.5+ years; signs of promotion are preferred.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Pay and Benefits
Total Compensation: $500k–$1M+ (base + bonus).
