Senior AI Engineer

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with ownership of complex systems from design to production.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and production AI pipelines.
• Strong Python expertise, including asynchronous services, type-safe development, and scalable backend systems.
• Strong React and TypeScript expertise for building polished, reliable, and maintainable product experiences.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, context engineering, or other retrieval-based AI architectures.
• Understanding of security, privacy, access control, and data governance for AI systems.
• Fluency with relational databases and strong data-modeling judgment.
• Strong judgment regarding testing, evaluating, monitoring, and improving AI systems in production.
