Senior AI Developer

About the role

A leading technology innovator is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive enterprise success across regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python, LangGraph, and AgentCore.
• Build and manage AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and agent orchestration.
• Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure AI solutions meet compliance standards like SOC 2 and HITRUST.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI applications in production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on LangGraph experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI Agents in production.
• 2+ years of experience with MCP servers and clients and AgentCore or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent architecture, secure coding, and application security.
• Experience with enterprise databases, APIs, data governance, and audit logging.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, HITRUST, CIS, and/or DISA STIG standards.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or financial services.
