Senior AI Compute Engineer - NVIS

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and validate AI Compute/HPC infrastructure in Linux environments
• Act as a domain expert during customer planning calls and implementations
• Prepare documentation and knowledge transfer procedures for customer support
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding system issues and improvements
• Collaborate with customers to roll out advanced AI Compute systems

Qualifications

• 8+ years of support and deployment experience in hardware and software products
• Proficient in Linux system administration and network management
• Experience with cluster management technologies for bare-metal servers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Ansible
• Strong interpersonal skills for resolving customer issues
• Able to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
